Anatolia Banquet (Min. 2 people)

This classic banquet includes a selection of our home-made dips served with fresh Turkish pide bread.

Followed by a selection of chicken kebab, lamb cutlets, köfte (meatballs), falafel and hand-rolled dolma (stuffed vine leaves) served with rice and potatoes and accompanied by a garden salad with olive oil and fresh lemon dressing.

And to finish... delicious home-made Baklava comes together with Turkish coffee or Turkish apple tea.

Seafood Banquet (Min. 2 people)

An assortment of freshly made traditional dips including carrot, humus, eggplant, spinach and cucumber served with freshly baked Turkish pide bread.

Turkey's three coastlines provide an abundance of fresh seafood delights. In Hobart our Banquet comes with a selection of Bruny Island oysters, our signature prawns sautéed, salmon kebab, baby octopus, served with Mediterranean-style potatoes and a garden salad.

Vegetarian Banquet (Min. 2 people)

Starts with freshly made traditional meze platter including hummus, eggplant, spinach, cucumber and carrot served with freshly baked Turkish pide bread and a fresh garden salad.

Followed by Guüvec (vegetarian hot pot) and a combination of falafel, oven-baked eggplant, spinach and zucchini savoury soufflée, hand-rolled dolma with yoghurt dressing served with rice and Mediterranean-style potatoes.
